Server Says - Can´t connect account

Just bought a yearly license for 60 USD, would never have expected there is no support team to reach out to, beyond ridiculous.

In any case, trying to connect my account but get the error message: Server Says “” I have triple-checked that the credentials I´m entering are correct, has anyone experienced the same and know what to do?

Please open a support ticket with us. You will find links on our website from the Support option at the top of every page. You can also reach the Helpdesk by clicking on Menu > Help > Get Support from within eM Client.

However, normally when the server says “” in relation to your credentials, it means that your server no longer accepts username/password logins. You will need to remove the account from eM Client, then add it back again using the automatic setup.

It appears as if there is a “support team to reach out to”, assuming you are still within the 1-year time frame.
