its an icloud account with same user name as my email. different passwords. Any suggestions? thanks.
Hi Martha, not completely sure what you’re referring to, are you absolutely sure you’re using the correct password, can you please make sure you’re using correct credentials by checking your password with the webmail (icloud.com).
If the application throws an authentication failed error, most likely the credentials are incorrect.
