my mail is not downloading and an error message keeps popping up saying the server could not connect to email@example.com, but when i do a diagnostic, it says everything is ok. Can you please tell me whats wrong??

- Contact your company tech support, and ask them for the correct settings for your server.
- Open a ticket with Pro Support who will offer faster and more reliable answers than you will get in the Free User’s forum.
