server execution failed

I have just switched to em client and find I cannot connect to links within emails. I receive the message “server execution failed”. 

Links to email addresses work - but not to google chrome. 

This function worked from Thunderbird and other email clients I have been trying, so I think it may be em client specific.    

I am running windows 8.1 and google chrome Version 44.0.2403.130 m (64-bit), em client 6.0.22344.0

I also have em client with exactly the same settings running on windows 7 on a different computer, and it works fine.

Hello Carol, can you please make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to us here on the forum? I’m afraid this is more likely a generic Windows/Chrome error that one of our users have come across quite recently.
