I’m a Pro user with 4 email accounts, but emClient quit unexpectedly after completing the last step of the migration process. After relaunch, datas get repaired, and I need to reply to the same questions. At the end, I was asked to re-authenticate my gmail account, which is now impossible (it gives me an error). On the third attempt, I skip the gmail re-authentication, but the program keep with unexpected exit.
I begin to thing that this software is a real “gaz factory”.

If no errors show up, then open the system’s Event Viewer and send us the log from Windows Logs > Application and find any events for eM Client.

We do not use Nitro in our app, eM Client uses the system for previewing the PDF file. The Nitro app must be a separate app installed in your system.
Based on the crash, I believe uninstalling the reinstalling the app should resolve it.
make sure to NOT delete your database when uninstalling - that way your settings and accounts should stay intact.

I have a similar problem. I have 5 different gmail and a yahoo account. All said they needed authorization, but the authorization didn’t work.
I tried uninstalling and reverting to v.8 but it tells me that my database has been upgraded and that I should use a newer version. HELP!
Installing the latest version (v10.0.3351) solved my problem. Thanks!
