Separate folder trees for different accounts after setup

I have two accounts setup. How do you create separate folder trees for each account

One scenario when they share the same folders is when setup as POP3 and you specifically select for them to share the Local Folder tree.

With IMAP or Exchange, each account will have a separate folder tree. It is not possible to combine them. It may be that one of the accounts is not displayed, and that could be because it was not correctly setup. Remove the missing account and add it again. Make a note of any errors you receive during the setup.

Another possibility is that you are using a Free License and have setup more than two email accounts. In that situation the third account will not display it’s folder tree, nor will it send and receive messages.
