I set up eM Client today and imported all of my emails from outlook. I have 2 different email addresses that are checked. When I choose send and receive, all of the emails from both accounts do appear in the All Inboxes smart folder. But below that, there is only a folder for one of the email addresses, and not for the other. The emails for the second email address do not appear anywhere other than the All inboxes smart folder. I would like to have a folder that shows just the e-mails that came in to the second account.

Smart folder are shared, Inbox under every email account belongs only to that email account.
can I ask you for a screenshot of your issue with folders (on or two pictures shows more than thousand words 
)
