Sent folder does not show any Sent; ditto for Junk.

The Sent folder does not show any Sent, even though the Setting is checked for it to Show; same with Junk folder. How do I get them to behave ?

Is it set up as IMAP/POP/Exchange?

Additionally to my recent reply, this problem happens only with emails on my HP main computer; I can view the Sent and some of the Junk on my iPad. I’m figuring it’s because they are seperate systems and handle emails differently, but I’d still like to get the HP/more used system to work as originally set up.

Did you receive my first response regarding I’m unsure which IMAP, POP ?

Not sure how to access this set up info; my basic system was always worked on by a close friend who died yesterday morning, but I do recall seeing the terms. Please tell me how to find if IMAP, POP…I’m a fast learner. This is repeat of my initial response.
