Sent emails via android app not showing up in the desktop app

Hi everybody. I’m new to this forum and though I looked for similar topics, I didn’t found this one exactly…
When I send a reply to an email via my mobile app it doesn’t show up in the conversation in the desktop app as it would, when I send it from desktop.
Any suggestions, where I should look for settings?

Do you see the message on your mail server webmail end as being sent ?

Also is this a POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account ?
