SendTo in Windows 11 uses wrong mail client

I have a MFP that allows me to scan to e-mail, which first scans the document and then sends it to the mailclient which creates a mail message and attaches the scan. But now on windows 11 this no longer works. After some digging I found out that for some reason it starts the wrong mailclient.
I set em client as the default mailclient for everything in Windows 11. But for this task I don’t find where to change this. I get the same message when I right click a fil and choose SendTo in the context menu.

What can I do to get this working, because this functionality is very important for me.

As you have “already set eM Client as the default mailer”, this would normally be that your scanning program needs an update to support Windows 11.

Suggest to contact your scanning program vendor via website or phone for help.
