Hi everyone. I hope you can help. I have Microsoft Office installed on my laptop but I don’t seem to be able to send Word/Excel documents via eM Client email as an attachment. It’s probably easy to sort but I’m not too clever with computers so can anyone tell me how to fix this problem please?

Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, are you seeing any errors when trying to send attachments from excel? Can you please check if you’re able to use the system built-in “Send to > Recipient” option in Windows. Right click any file on your computer, and select Send to > Recipient and check if the file will be added as attachment.
