I read the post with the same answer, but I have not been able to show the name of the sender instead of the email address. The screen shot of account settings in the other post is also different than what I show for my existing gmail accounts, which has Account name at the top and then User Information, which does include my name. Seems strange.
Hello I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the issue you’re experiencing? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

I think I am ok. When the messages are sent, the email address is shown next to From, but when I review sent mail, the display name is correctly shown. Been a couple of years since I set up EM Client and restoring after my hard drive crashed has been a relearning experience. Thanks.
