I cannot send out any emails from EM client. I have the latest version installed. I am receiving ok so I know it is not my internet connection. The message that comes up is as follows:-
An attempt to connect to [email protected] failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings.
This problem has been going on for 3 days I have shut down and rebooted but nothing seems to fix it.
Try disabling your anti-virus software and the attempt a send. If it succeeds, you will have to configure the AV software with an exception for mailclient.exe. This can happen on occasion when the AV software is updated.
