I’ve managed to add one account completely successfully, however the second will not sync mail at all. Both accounts are Outlook accounts and I haven’t done anything differently the second time! Any ideas?
(It has synced the folders in my mail account absolutely fine, just none of the emails!)
did you use automatic set up on both accounts? Are there any error messages in the operations window? If so, can you take a screenshot of them and also copy the content of the log tab in the same window?
Yes I used automatic setup both times
please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on AirSync logging for the affected account.
Restart the application and when this error pops up again, go to the advanced settings again and click Send logs. Change the recipient to email@example.com and add link to this forum topic in the body of the message so I can get back to you after analyzing the log.
