Got some emails stuck in my in box that refuse to be deleted, whatever I do.

we are aware of this issue and found that changing the Conversation view usually removed the ‘zombie mails’ for some users ( Menu>View>Conversations ).
I have same problem, emails in my inbox won’t delete. Changing Menu>View>Conversations didn’t help. I just upgraded to the latest EMClient after being prompted.
I found I am able to drag emails from my Inbox to my Trash folder. The delete/trashcan icon doesn’t work. The right click>delete doesn’t work either.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following steps?
- Turn Conversations off (Menu -> View -> Conversations -> Disable Conversations)
- Turn eM Client off
- Go to eM Client’s installation folder (something like C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client) and run DbRepair.exe (not the DbRepair.exe.config). Wait until the database check is completed.
- Turn eM Client on
