Search - Why can't the search find this?

Ooops looks like I’ve paid a road toll to an unofficial web site. So naturally I wanted to find that ‘receipt’ quickly and easily

Popped something to the search box top right taht I was pretty sure would be in the email but it couldn’t find it. Mucked about with the Advanced Search - still nothing. After wasting 10 mins just worked my way down - until I found it.

Ok I put ‘crossing’ into the search, the email address was  
[email protected]…

so how come it didn’t find it?

Hello Rigar,

It may be because address was recognized as one word and you need to put * character at the beginning of your search query.
Can you please try to reproduce your issue and let me know if you were able to locate it this way?
