When I perform a search I get 0 hits (or hits, but not the ones I am expecting). If I manually scroll through the folder, I will eventually find what I am searching for. I have never had this problem with other email clients.
Check you have selected “All Folders” in the dropdown on the far left of the search box, and then on the far right of the search box “ click the dropdown arrow” and make sure you are selected on “Subject, Sender, Recipients, Body, Notes and Attachments”.
If you have already tried that, then try removing the selection “Use Server Search if available” and see if that makes any difference to your results.
