Scrolling message pane

I am surprised that an issue which has been raised by so many users has been virtually ignored by tech support.  You’ll know what it is from the description, scrolling doesn’t always work on the message pane - sometimes, occasionally it does, on messages _from the same sender._  I know from the sender whether scrolling will work, so it must be something to do with how eMC handles the content.

I have to assume that this problem is beyond the technical capabilities of the experts, but it would be helpful if they could just admit it and mention it in the sales pitch… 

I have never experienced this issue, and I receive messages from hundreds of different senders.

What did Support say when you contacted them?

They haven’t replied yet.  But it is a real thing, not in my imagination.  

Oh, I’m sure it is real enough. Maybe increase the priority on the Support Ticket and they should reply.
