Since downloading Windows 10, my scroll buttons do not work in an open email. Is there a fix for this?
Hello Kimberlee, I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to as scroll button, if you’re referring to the arrows that move the scroll bar, I’m afraid this might more likely be a system issue as this is a system component used by .NET, make sure your .NET installation is up to date and please check the release number of your current eM Client installation in Help > About.
