"save as" doesn't work for old messages

Hi,

I am connecting to an internal Exchange 2010 account. If I choose some old messages, I can not “save as” (the program freezes). Apparently I can only “save as” messages that are relatively new (those that the program itself read / recorded). To check if the problem could be some corrupted message, I did the same procedure with outlook and worked.
