"same key" Error Connecting to Kerio 9.3.1

Hi,

I just recently found this app after someone posted it on the Microsoft community boards (if you haven’t heard, Outlook for Mac has major issues and Admins are scrambling for alternatives). I’m trying the free version, but can’t get my mailbox to even sync.

I created a new Exchange Account (Outlook sees Kerio as an exchange sever; I hope EM Client is similar) and get this message when it synchs:

K2 Exchange [Exchange Web Services] MailClient.Accounts.ConnectionException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: {redacted} —> System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: {redacted}

I can’t find the error in my server logs. But Kerio Connect (KC) has a bunch of “debug logs” and I’m not sure which to turn on as I don’t know if this is an authentication problem or what.

Is there some EM Client trick I’m not seeing or are all you other Kerio Connect people just using IMAP? And if so, how are you synching calendars and contacts?
