I use both the UWP and .exe last updated versions of eM Client and my following account:
- IMAP on port 993, SSL/TLS security on special compatibility port, use identity credentials
- SMTP on port 587, force use of SSL/TLS, require authentication with credentials specifications
it works correctly on UWP, while in the .exe version, despite entering the same parameters, it always gives an error, the account is created empty and the diagnostics fix nothing. Is there a particular reason?
