Suggestion: When right-clicking on a message, provide the ability to RUN A RULE on the current message. The system currently offers, “Create Rule…” but not the opportunity to run an existing rule. Running on 10.3.2622 (9cd48bf) on OS X.

You will need to select ‘Manage Rules’ and select the rule you
want to run - eMC can’t make that choice for you.
Plus eMC runs ALL enabled rules on messages as they arrive
is why you are offered the opportunity to 'Create a Rule;
as the presumption is that any conditions set in rules didn’t
apply to the message in question.

I think that you missed my point. There still is no “run existing rule on selected message” option. Although rules are theoretically run on every incoming messages, this option would still be handy. Thank you for your reply.
