Rules with account scope

How can I create rules only apply to the Account I choice?

Scope with ‘All Accounts’ does it mean mail receive from all accounts will be apply to the one rules? but only move or copy to single folder?

I like to move or copy to difference folder depends on Account it received

I have overlook the rules create wizard. It has the ‘Processed with Account’ that can choose account to work with.
