The way you display/handle rules as they pertain to scope is a bit clunky in the UI. Presenting scope should be implemented in a better way. As a first time user, I had issues, but eventually figured it out. And I saw posts on here from other users having the same issue. I may have been used to Postbox’s interface where scope is presented as a dropdown list. Anyways, take a look at it if you’re not familiar with it and hopefully take it into consideration.
