I want to move to Junk E-mail all messages from contacts whose name or email address “contains” certain characters or words. Can you help? Do you have any examples? I have many to Junk, so is there a way to create rules and import them? Thanks.
Hi, you can do this like this:
Tools - Rules - New rule… - Move message with defned words in a body/subject to a folder - Finish.
You can define your word by clicking on blue “words” and folder by clicking on “folder” in same colour.
