Rules not working?

I created a rule to forward any email from XXX@XXX.XXX to another email address. It worked fine for a few days, now it stops auto forwarding.

What would cause it to stop even though the rule was not changed

The Rule will not fire automatically if the message has already been read on another device before eM Client receives it, or if it is not in the Inbox.

Does the Rule work if you apply it manually? (Right-click on the folder and choose Apply Rule . . . . )

It works manually. I’ll look at what folders it’s in.
