I know there has been much discussion about rules not working for email, and I have the same problem, but is it because “Re:” is being added to the rule? I right click on an email, Create rule from message, Always move messages with subject - it then inserts Re: ahead of the actual subject. This means the subject will not be recognised on the next incoming email of the same subject because the subject will not include “Re:”.
