Rules - Move instead of Copy

I have created a rule that says:
  After message has been received
  from ‘[email protected]’
  move to Books
  and skip notification

What happens is that the email gets COPIED instead of moved.

Any idea?

Is it possible that you use Gmail? Gmail unfortunately doesn’t allow copying mails, it just attaches multiple labels and it automatically deduplicates copied e-mails. Thus there’s always just one copy, possibly with multiple labels (=eM Client categories).

Is it not possible to programmatically remove the Inbox label after the Rule does a Move?
