Rules do not work after upgrading to version 10

I upgraded to the latest 10 versions and it appears rules do not work anymore, everything was working perfectly until yesterday with the last 9.0 version

It appears that rules are working only when the software is open and running, if I have emails and the software is closed once I run it open will not apply this time for the downloaded email.

I’ve had the same issue:

Some rules not running on first startup since upgraded to V.10

I have some rules that run against incoming emails. Since I upgraded from Version 9 to Version 10.0.3266 at the weekend not all the rules are running when I first load eM Client in the morning. I can run the rules manually and they work fine, and thereafter they run as they should throughout the rest of the day. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this since upgrading?
