I have 2 display with a NVIDIA card. Resolution 1440x 2560 2 times. It happens that the leaves appear EMail client selected text on the Bischirm even then when the email client is closed again. Only a reboot solves the problem
Hello Peter, does this occur when you maybe accidentally try to drag the selected text area? This is unfortunately an issue with Internet Explorer that we’re currently unable to workaround, only application restart can resolve this issue or an update from Microsoft, for which we’re waiting for quite a while at the moment.
I’m sorry if this issue is causing any complications while using the application, however we’re currently working on the upcoming release of eM Client, which will also feature a new application core running webkit, that will allow us to drop IE and avoid these types of issues.
