Is there any way to set up eM Client to forward e-mails retroactively? As in its on a PC thats been turned off for the weekend, but as soon as you turn it ON on Monday morning, it will start forwarding the e-mails it received on Saturday/Sunday? Or say it was shut off for weeks or months, the minute its on again/software is open to automatically start forwarding the -mail received in that time period?
As in forward e-mails it received while offline?

I do not really understand what you mean.
I assume you use IMAP
1./ You say “Forwarding” do you perhaps mean “Downloading”?
2./ To me “Retroactively” means from the past - syncing mail received on the server during shut down with eMC
If you want to delay this action you will need to disable “synchronize items at startup” here:
It is in Spanish but you will understand image
Menu ->Settings ->General ->Synchronization ->UNCHECK THIS
Do NOT Forget to Save & Close
