Hi we had Em client on my laptop which has died. I have installed Em client on to our desk top but not all our folders have come to the desk top . Am I able to get them
Can you login to your email account using the web interface from your email provider and see if all the messages and folders are there. If they are then assuming your account is setup as IMAP, which is the default with eM Client, then after a short time everything should sync.
If they are not visible in the web interface, then you need to restore from your most recent eM Client backup. It may also be possible to get someone to recover the data from the old computer. You need the complete C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\eM Client folder. Copy it from the old disk to the new computer. eM Client needs to be closed to do this.
