My computer recentlly died. I was thankful that I backup regularly. Upon installing a new drive and software I searched my restored files for my e-mail messages and can’t find them. They are in none of the folders with eM Client labels. Where does eM Client store messages and how can I restore them to the new eM Client installation?

eM Client uses SQL database for storing data. The database folder is by default saved here:
C:\Users%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client (Vista/Win7)
C:\Documents and Settings%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client (XP)
Simply copy whole database folder to a new drive and you will get back all your contacts, messages, events, tasks and settings.
