Restore only a single specific local folder

Hi Somehow managed to delete an important local folder (‘Folder A’) while maintaining the others. Unfortunately I didn’t realise for some time and have been filing other mails in other local folders (Folders B, C, D… etc’).

Is there a way to restore just this specific folder (A) without effectively back dating all the others (B,C,D…) to the date preceding the deletion of the file I need restored?

Thanks Gary. I looked at the process but am unclear where I can select ONLY Local Folder ‘A’ in the back up database to be restored. Is there a prompt that asks ‘which folder do you want to restore?’ Thanks
