Em Client 9.2 downloads my emails using POP to my computer. My iPhone caused a glitch. 3 emails I saw on my iPhone that were important were not downloaded by EM Client. I can see them on my email server.
At first, they were marked as Read on my email server, but I changed them to unread a few times back and forth and they still won’t get downloaded. My suspicion is that after Em Client downloads an email that email is marked either on my email server.
It seems my IPhone glitched and caused this mark on the email to be sent to my email server. I would assume my iPhone needs to know this so it doesn’t download duplicate emails. After I rebooted my iPhone, it stopped doing this, proving it was a temporary iPhone glitch..
Is there a way to remove that mark so it can be downloaded. My IPhone is using IMAP, not sure if I can change it to POP..

You would probably need to contact your mail server technical support to see if they can do that their end, as there is nothing I’m aware of to do that in eM Client. If there is a way, others on this forum will update this thread.

Suggest to look at changing your eM Client desktop setup to also IMAP to then have “identical mail on both” to then avoid any POP issues like that. IMAP is far better too being “all your mail folders sync” and not just your Inbox.
If you want to do that, go back to “Menu / Accounts” and add your same account using the automatic account wizard and then once added, then just drag your exiting POP mail messages into your same IMAP account mail folders.
Then once you are confident all your POP mail is in your IMAP account remove your POP account.
i fixed it by manually
select email in email server webmail
look to far rgt for 3 dots and left click
save as file
in em client
file / import
select eml file in separate folder point to inbox
