Requesting a new password

Change my password and now it is telling me that I have a wrong password and I don’t receive my messages.

If you have changed your email password online and have an eg: IMAP, Exchange or iCloud account, you normally just close eM Client and when you reopen shortly after a “enter password” box normally will appear to type in your new password when it checks mail and usually then saves automatically.

Put in new password and it is still asking for password saying it is a wrong password.

Ok If your new email password “is working ok via webmail in a browser”, then I would next backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” and then remove your email account from eM Client via “Menu / Accounts”, and re-add your email account again via the automatic email wizard.
