requested action aborted - local error in processing

Hello,

sometimes when I try to reply to a received mail, I’m unable to send the mail as following error message appears - ‘cannot send message - email body not accepted - requested action aborted - local error in processing’.

The issue is that although I have possibility to edit the message - I do not know what exactly is ‘not accepted’ - most importantly the mail does not contain any complex values…

Additionally - once this error appears - I have problem to send any other mails…

Hello,
I apologize for the delay in replying. Does your problem persist? Do you use any templates? If so, delete the problematic template and create new, or try disable using specific backround. It should help.
