I requested a refund on tickets #34715 and #34488. Neither of these tickets has been closed and I still haven’t received my refund. Can I please now have a response, as your customer service appears to be somewhat lacking. I have always recommended eM Client to my friends and to IT professionals; sadly eM Client 7’s constant problems and the loss of many important emails as a result has shattered my faith in you. I was hoping that a speedy resolution and refund for a product I found not fit for purpose would mean that I would return to eM Client in future. Sadly the lack of response to either ticket has left me reconsidering.
