Replying to email

Hi,

I´m using 7.x PRO version and I have issue with answering emails. For some reason, once I reply to some emails, I could see the whole history of communication in my reply, I can see only last email, that I answered.

When I answer through web interface and the person reply to me back, all works ok like it should… means the same communication chain…

what could be the issue?

The first thing you want to check is that the message you are replying to contains the full text. When you read the message in your Inbox, is everything there?

The other possibility is that the text is there, but eM Client has just collapsed it behind three dots. If the dots are there, click once on them and it will display the text.
