Reply with quote of highlighted text in em client like in Post box?

In Postbox I could reply to a specific part of a message. The workflow (in MS-Windows) would be to highlight text in a message sent to me, click REPLY. The reply message would quote only the text I highlighted, the rest of the received message is omitted. Can I do this in em client, quote selected text in a reply?

REPLY in em client includes the entire received message not just the text I’ve highlighted.
