I have been running into this issue lately that when I hit reply on the client, the reply box opens in about 30-40 secs. Am I the only one dealing with this?
Hello Kara, sorry to see this, I’m unfortunately not experiencing this issue and can’t match this with anyone else I’ve been in contact with recently that would be experiencing a similar issue. What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About, or try to update to this release, 6.0.22774.0?

I am having the same problem as Kara. Em Client takes a really long time to open a reply form and seems to crash during the process, the application becomes unresponsive as if the task is very heavy.

The application doesnt crash but timing the interval between clicking reply and seeing the form was 4 minutes. The typeface changed in the app and it seemed to be really struggling. EmClient has access through window’s firewall.
Hello Chris, you can try to run this utility, http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe if the window takes too long to display. Run the tool while you’re waiting and submit the generated stack dump file to my work mail, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.
