Reply All Button not working on version 9.2.1222 (ca10485)

Using the Reply All button from the toolbar works just as the Reply button. Only the sender’s email is populated but not any of the other emails. The Reply All from the drop-down menu on the right side does work normally.

On the screenshot, you can see the main window with the Reply Button and the resulting window below with only the ‘To’ field populated.

Could it be a bug?
