Replies not showing up in Inbox

I thought I had updated the software, now I’m not sure. I have version 7.2.40748.0

Suddenly, if I initiate an email – send an email to someone – and they reply, the message only shows up in Sent Mail. It does not show up in my Inbox.

I see that there is new email in my sent mail, it has my original mail to them, plus their reply. But not in Inbox.

Is this a new bug??? I almost missed two emails because they were not in inbox!

Not an issue. I had accidentally clicked at the far right to sort by Message Count, so items with a reply fell far down and off my screen. Sorting by Date Received fixed it.
