Repeating error Unable to upload message Maximum size has been exceeded

I hope someone can help with this

every time i start em client i get the following error message

[IMAP] MailClient.Storage.Application.OperationException: Unable to upload message “Horse riding Video” to folder “Sent”. (Maximum size of appendable message has been exceeded)

I have removed my email address from the start of this

The email is not in the out box or any other folder that I can find. how can I delete this message and stop the repeating error

Check if it is in the Local Folder Outbox as that is where message wait to be uploaded to the server.

If Local Folders are not visible, you can enable them in Menu > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.

Thanks for your reply Gary, but I have looked there and every other folder

Something you could try is to remove the IMAP account from eM Client, then add it again. Because the messages for that account are stored on the server, you won’t lose anything, but to be safe, make a backup using Menu > Backup before you remove the account.

After you add the account again, it will resync with the server and hopefully the error message will not reappear.

Thanks Gary, that is a very severe step, but I have tried it and its done the job.
