repeated sending of emails having attachments

Using version 7.0.26687.0, sometimes (not always) an email with an attachment “sticks” in the outbox. This means

  • I don’t know whether it has been sent,   &
  • the recipient can get multiple copies (for an email “sent” last night shortly before I shut down, I received thanks this morning for a dozen copies received).

please install the latest version of eM Client and see if the issue persists
If something is wrong with the message you should be notified in the error window - does one pop up when this happens?
If the message is not accepted by the server it stays in Outbox and eM Client tries to send it again in more intervals.
We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.

install the latest version, delete the faulty message from Outbox to stop the multiple sending if it continues.
