My email has changed since my last renewal. I do not have my activation key and without warning, you have shut down my ability to send email without renewing. How can I renew without my email or license key? My old email address was [email protected]. My new email is [email protected].

then go here http://www.emclient.com/renew-license… and put there your license key.
