remove v6 and instal v5 to find problem

I’m having trouble with version 6 crashing when it tries to do a backup. I think this only started after I went to v6. How can I put v5 back on and retain all my mail?

Correction to the above. I meant install an earlier version of v6, not v5! sorry.I believe the problem started after the update on 22.02.14.

Hi, is this issue still a problem in the latest available version of eM Client?
