I am not able to reproduce this on the latest update, which is 7.1.32792, so I don’t think it is a bug with eM Client. However, if it was working for you on a previous version, you can reinstall that without loss of your data. You can find all previous versions at http://www.emclient.com/release-history. Once you have downloaded the file, close and uninstall eM Client, then install the downloaded one.
