Why are the release notes just copies of the previous release? That is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen.
Just an idea; use the release notes to tell us what changed in the latest release. You know… like release notes.
You have to choose:
either new release Notes or new (Software) Releases
just kidding

important release notes are always included.
The rest are internal reasons that can differ per release.
